Scholarships for Disabled Musicians

Random Scholarships

The VSA International Young Soloists Award recognizes young musicians with disabilities.  The award recipients will receive $5,000 and will have the priviledge of performing at the Kennedy Center in Washington, D.C.

Applicants from the US must be under the age of 25; those from outside the United States must be under the age of 30.  All music types are accepted: classical, country, rap, jazz, bluegrass, and world. Musical ensembles of two to eight members may also apply as long as at least one member has a disability and all members must fulfill the age requirements as listed.
